Hi Everyone!

For those of you who are not familiar with what types of events we cater, or how we can help your company, here it is!

Many of our clients LOVE us, and that’s because we help them grow with our food!  We have so many executive assistants calling us daily to order food for their clients!   There is something about food that makes people relax and enjoy.  Say you are hosting a meeting for all of the top-level executive in your company that are flying in from San Francisco for an 8 am meeting.  What Y. Lo would do is prepare the breakfast that day.  Plate it beautifully for you, because presentation is everything!  Deliver and set-up your breakfast elegantly and timely at 7:45 so that it is still warm and fresh before the executive arrive at 8.  When they enter the boardroom to see our wonderful display they will be thrilled!  Then comes time to eat, and they will certainly enjoy that part of their meeting, no doubt!  After, they will be satisfied and ready to work with enthusiasm.  We would pick it up after everyone has left the boardroom and clear everything out for you, since no one should be doing dishes at the office!  Simple Catering= Fantastic End Results For YOU and Your Clients!

Hi There!

Sorry it has been so long since my last post everyone!  However, going forward there are some funny things you need to know about Lisa.  Now for those of you who don’t already know, she has extremely bad luck sometimes!  I don’t know why, she certainly is the sweetest person with a great head on her shoulders.  But why do these things keep happening to her?

Okay, here’s the story…

Last week we catered an event at a mansion in Denver.  I was not there, unfortunately,  I would have loved to see this!  It was a large event for about 100 people and it was set up outside on the lawn.  Everyone was sitting down getting ready to start their evening , Lisa was preparing the buffet table.  All of a sudden the entire lawn is surprised by the mansion’s SPRINKLERS! Yes, the sprinklers came on at a huge event, and it starting spraying all of the food!!!  Lisa had to throw her entire body over everything with a linen to salvage the food.  Apparently everyone was staring at her, wondering how this would work out.  Someone rushed over and finally put a bucket over the sprinkler near the food.  Now, not only was Lisa faced with the challenge of making everything look pretty again, but she had to serve the entire evening drenched from head to toe!!  Now that’s commitment!!

The next day she called me to fill me in on her adventurous event.  I actually wasn’t surprised, because it’s Lisa.  Things like this would only happen to her.  But if I think about it more, she is the only one who can pull it off! Thanks for everything you do Lisa!

I recently did these cupcakes for a friend of mine who works at the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.  She hosted a Bridal Shower for her sister this past weekend and had me do Gluten Free Carrot Cupcakes, along with regular Red Velvet, Yellow with Chocolate Buttercream, and Chocolate Cupcakes.  These Damask cupcake wrappers are super easy to find, plus they add such a unique element to any event!  She called me a few hours after she picked them up and told me how everyone LOVED them!  I was so happy to hear that on the same day because I knew how important this shower was to her and her sister!

If you are not familiar with the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce you can visit their website at http://www.cwcc.org.  They are a great organization in Denver to be involved with.  CWCC is always actively helping out their members in any way they can.  They host events weekly that are great for networking and meeting other members of the chamber!  I highly recommend them for any business!
